  • What about the first look coverage?

    For traditional New Mexican weddings we have not seen first look coverage for photos or video scheduled in before the ceremony. However if your wedding has a first look coverage before the ceremony scheduled in we can add it at no cost to our Time Capsule Experience Titanium and Diamond packages.

  • Do you offer video only packages?

    Unfortunately we do not offer video only packages. Through experience it is tough to coordinate with other hired photographers. It turns into a who's shot is more important debate, thus is the reason we only offer video packages with our photographers.

  • Do you offer wedding planning services?

    Trust us we have seen it all. We have extensive experience on minor details that always and we mean always get left behind. Until we partner with more companies to offer official wedding planning services we currently only offer helpful tips once hired.

  • Do you offer drone services?

    For safety reason we do not prefer to fly our drones over your guests or offer this service as an add-on. If needed we may use drones to cover b-roll footage for our Time Capsule Experience Packages at our discretion.

  • Do you charge extra for travel?

    As long as your within our service boundaries the simple answer is no. We currently cover Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Espanola, & Taos. We may charge a per mile fee in the event your wedding is outside of these boundaries

  • How long does it take to receive my photographs?

    Photograph delivery ranges from 4-6 weeks. Sometimes a lot sooner depending on our volume of work.

  • How long does it take to receive my video?

    Video productions usually have a range of 2-3 months of delivery time. Sometimes a lot sooner depending on our volume of work.

  • What are your best free tips to help me plan my wedding?

    Our first best free tip we can offer you is to look at these media services as an investment rather than a price attached to it. We understand that there are several large expenses for your special day. However, we always like to advocate our services as a lifetime memory rather than "a day only expense." Most of the time couples leave photos and or video services at the end of their planning. The only memories you will have years and years later is your photos and videos. We humbly believe hiring your photographer and or videographer should be on the top of your planning list. 6 months to a year out is usually a good time frame.


    Our second best free tip is try to always hire professionals in the wedding industry. More often than not couples "know" a friend or family member that is a freelance photographer a videographer or someone that has audio gear etc you get the point. There is nothing wrong with that however we've been in situations for example where the audio at the ceremony cuts out completely then there is no back-up plan (it gets awkward) etc or we have also seen family/friend photographers that don't have the energy or personality to pose individuals properly or keep things moving. Hiring us you get the comfort of knowing we always have a backup plan and solutions to mitigate anything that gets thrown our way during your special day.

  • Our Lab Prints vs. Box-Store Prints

    Most will try to make a case that printing at a box-store is the same quality as printing through our lab. These stores are great for printing everyday type photos. When it comes to your wedding photos you want the best quality you can get.

  • What are your payment terms?

    50% is required 30 days before your wedding day. Remainder 50% is due at the time we deliver your photos or video.
